Last night someone on facebook reminded us that today is the day that Quilts Inc sends our acceptance or rejection letters via email. It’s nail bitingly nerve wracking to wait but wait we must.
As I write many friends have received rejection letters and I’m stunned at these amazing quilts not going to Houston. Feather Zone has been accepted as it would be an honor to have a quilt in the show that I can tell my students 2 things
1) Jeanie Sumrall-Ajero created this beauty
2) I have a quilt on the show floor that you can go see. Click here to see Friday’s schedule and here for Saturday
After a brief conversation with Judy Engime of Olde City Quilts we are going to move the date of my visit to the fall! As soon as I know the dates I will let you know. Judy is at the CREATE retreat in Somerset, NJ this weekend at the Bernina booth. In the mean time one of my quilts is hanging in the shop. Feel free to pop in, check out the shop and see the quilt. Say hi to Rob & Judy from me.

Congratulations Teri! My knight quilt “Equipped to Stand” was rejected. Sigh. But it’s great to have friends who will be represented. Good luck in the contest. Cheers.
